We write to inform you that Sirius International Detergents BV and Sirius International Water Treatment BV will be merged into Azelis Netherlands BV as per 1st of March 2024.

From that date onwards the business will continue under the name of Azelis Netherlands BV. 

Your designated contact person will remain the same until further notice; however, their email address will be updated to firstname.lastname@azelis.com. 

Additionally, we would like to note that the previous location of Sirius Internaional at Stationsplein 62, 3743 KM, Baarn, Netherlands, will be registered in the Chamber of Commerce as a brach of Azelis Netherlands B.V.

While the office in Baarn will be maintained, it is important to clarify that the official and statutory address is the one mentioned above in Nijkerk.

Please ensure these changes are registered in your finance system to ensure a smooth transition.
